This MG TA is sold as a project requiring full restoration. It was re-registered in the vendor’s name in August 1984, and he tells us that the chassis, gearbox and 1292cc engine were all refurbished around that time. It has been kept in storage ever since.

The only paperwork we have with the MG is its old-style V5, which remains current. It is also supplied with a spare cylinder head.

The year of manufacture is recorded as 1935, although technically production did not begin until 1936.
